A sugar free treat that is booming with antioxidants from the cacao, cinnamon and dehydrated strawberries, that makes this actually insanely good for you. Cacao also contains high levels of theobromine, which enhances our mood and increases alertness, which may explain why we feel the need to get that little hit now and then. You may think that dried strawberries lose most of their nutrients, though freeze dried strawberries still contain most of their potent nutrients, like the antioxidants, that mean you’re providing your body with a low sugar fruit still rich in many nutrients.
Whilst this may seem like a fidgety process, it is in fact so quick and easy to throw together, and sets quickly in your freezer, making it the perfect dessert for when you have last minute guests coming over that you want to leave well nourished.
Whilst adaptogenic herbs (such as ashwaghanda below) have been apart of my life for years now, I have really been focussing on being more consistent by using them almost daily. And holy heck, I am feeling the difference. This latte is the combination of being incredibly anti-inflammatory through the use of turmeric, regulates your blood sugar levels with the cinnamon whilst making you feel grounded, and creates an addictive calming, peaceful sensation with the ashwaghanda.

Thank the heavens for Bulletproof coffee. It has been a staple bevy of mine for most mornings for a while now, and before this I didn't think it was possible for me to ever be able to have coffee on the daily. Unlike regular coffee, it supports your energy through the entire day, it doesn't cause hormonal imbalances, and it supports a fast perfectly. I haven't even mentioned the benefits of the added fats yet.

Fish & chips that will leave you feeling fresh, energetic, light and fabulous. You shouldn't need to finish eating fish and chips and feel sluggish, have a foggy mind, be achy, have a gurgling stomach and well, feel oily (you know what I mean!?). Just a few swaps of the usual ingredients and you have yourself an even better, tastier version. It took me a little bit of time to break up with the ritual of fish and chips on the beach all those years ago when I began my transition to real food. Though when the fish and chips you find out are coated of course in wheat flour and other dubious ingredients and fried in canola oil or other forms of vegetable oils, you ain't wanna go there. These oils are highly inflammatory and should be avoided where possible, as they have been through a shocking amount of processing before they reach your mouth. Enjoy this spiced, ridiculously tasty and better alternative. Yum.

'The best thing I've ever put in my mouth'... more than one admitted. A ridiculously healthy Weis bar exists. The combination of mango and macadamia nuts has always blown me away, so I have made this the last couple of years for Christmas and never had the chance to take a photo because it gets devoured by myself or loved ones. The last couple of months I have stepped it up a notch and completely cultured it so it is 100% sugar free and feeds you an outrageous amount of probiotics. Not one person picked up on the fact they were eating probiotics, and I have fed this to over 20 mouths. TICK!

These crackers are basically lifesaving. Not only because they are so good, though they are powerfully anti-inflammatory and are in fact anti-parasitic due to the pepita seeds, garlic powder and other potent ingredients. They are easy to make, and will amp up your cheese platter or boring old snack at 3pm!

Dairy and nut free pesto that is more cleansing than you know. Herbs like these have the ability to cleanse you of heavy metals and other toxins that we are faced with daily. But what the heck, this is not why I eat this. I eat it because it is so damn good on everything, turns a boring salad into something moreish and this recipe just works every time!

Hallelujah! A Paleo bread that is nut and carbohydrate free, and that is easily digested. It is simply perfect, and so easy! This has been a long time coming, and although I have created many over the years, this one tops them all.

I thought I had already mastered pancakes with this recipe a few years ago, though, turns out I wasn't even close. As the name says, these are fluffy, soft and I cannot believe they are healthy. There are no carbohydrates at all, which makes them a perfect breakfast option. I serve them with homemade coconut yogurt and fresh or thawed organic berries. Seriously delicious.

Soft, rich and creamy. No flour is used in this, so it is grain free, dairy free, paleo and of course all real food. Served alone, or even better a raw cream, coconut cream or coconut yogurt would make this absolutely heavenly.
