I am seriously so excited about these pizza bases. They taste insanely delicious and even better, hold well, so you can treat them like a traditional Italian pizza and fold it up to eat it, and if you haven’t been to Italy then you probably don’t know what I am talking about. But oh, em gee, what a dream. Let me explain why I called them Silly-Nana Pizzas. They made with only psyllium husks and green banana flour, so what better name then Silly-Nana to confuse anyone who is yet to know what is in them! Ps, I PROMISE green banana flour doesn’t taste like bananas, so don’t even worry.

A sugar free treat that is booming with antioxidants from the cacao, cinnamon and dehydrated strawberries, that makes this actually insanely good for you. Cacao also contains high levels of theobromine, which enhances our mood and increases alertness, which may explain why we feel the need to get that little hit now and then. You may think that dried strawberries lose most of their nutrients, though freeze dried strawberries still contain most of their potent nutrients, like the antioxidants, that mean you’re providing your body with a low sugar fruit still rich in many nutrients.
Whilst this may seem like a fidgety process, it is in fact so quick and easy to throw together, and sets quickly in your freezer, making it the perfect dessert for when you have last minute guests coming over that you want to leave well nourished.
Whilst adaptogenic herbs (such as ashwaghanda below) have been apart of my life for years now, I have really been focussing on being more consistent by using them almost daily. And holy heck, I am feeling the difference. This latte is the combination of being incredibly anti-inflammatory through the use of turmeric, regulates your blood sugar levels with the cinnamon whilst making you feel grounded, and creates an addictive calming, peaceful sensation with the ashwaghanda.

Seriously delicious and decadent. It is kind of like a healthy Turkish Delight rip-off. It is sugar free, gut loving and absolutely nutrient dense. They make the perfect after dinner treat for guests or just yourself, or a quick snack in the morning or afternoons.
Thank the heavens for Bulletproof coffee. It has been a staple bevy of mine for most mornings for a while now, and before this I didn't think it was possible for me to ever be able to have coffee on the daily.
