Foraged Gummies

 
 

INGREDIENTS
1 cup frozen organic blueberries
1.5 cups water
3 tbsp gelatine
OPTIONAL, 1 tablespoon Foraged for You Mothers Blend (or start with 1/2 and add it to taste!). It adds extreme nourishment and deliciousness.
1 tsp pure vanilla essence (check it contains just vanilla and alcohol)
1 tbsp sweetener of your choice or liquid stevia drops to taste

Mango Gummies

INGREDIENTS
1 cup mango (option to ferment in coconut water kefir first for 24 hours)
1.5 cups water
3 tbsp gelatine
1 tbsp your choice of sweetener or liquid stevia drops to taste
1 tsp vanilla essence

METHOD for both of them.
* Blend the fruit, 1 cup of the water, vanilla and sweetener together. If adding the Mothers Blend, add it now and blend that through too. Set this mix aside.
* Combine the gelatine and 1/2 cup of water. Melt down on low heat until the gelatine has dissolved. Remove from the heat.
* Combine both the gelatin and fruit mixture well, and pour into moulds.
* Place in your fridge until firm, and pop them out!
